ResourceField Nigeria Limited is a multidisciplinary company engaged in power generation, transmission and distribution, oil and gas operations both upstream and downstream, mining and mineral processing, manufacturing, and infrastructure development across highways, airports, railways, marine operations, and free trade zones. The company provides strategic industrial services designed to support large engineering and energy projects across Nigeria.
The Challenge
Before Kastech’s involvement, ResourceField managed its corporate operations through separate manual systems that limited efficiency, visibility, and collaboration. There was no unified digital platform for internal workflow, file management, or project tracking, and the public website did not reflect the company’s scale or capabilities.
The company needed a single platform that combined a professional public-facing website with internal portals for requisitions, grievances, and document sharing to enhance productivity, security, and coordination across departments.
What did Kastech do
Kastech developed the ResourceField corporate web and portal system using the KAS Framework v2.50 integrated with WordPress v6.1 to ensure scalability and performance.
Within the project, three internal portals were built and linked to the main application:
- Requisition Portal for managing material and service requests with full approval tracking
- Grievance Portal for logging, monitoring, and resolving internal concerns transparently
- File Sharing and Management Portal for document organization, access control, and collaboration
The public website includes a featured slider, detailed project pages, news and publications, advanced grouped gallery with sorting, video gallery, YouTube playlist, SEO optimization, and a fully responsive layout secured with Comodo SSL.
