The Challenge

Windforce Safeguards operated through separate manual and digital systems that limited efficiency and slowed internal coordination. The absence of a unified management platform made it difficult to process requisitions, manage grievances, and handle internal document exchange securely. The organization required a corporate website that would represent its diverse operations and also integrate portals to support transparent internal communication, workflow automation, and document management, while maintaining reliability and high performance.

What did Kastech do

Kastech developed the Windforce Safeguards corporate web and portal system using the KAS Framework v2.50 integrated with WordPress v5.9. The platform was designed to merge the company’s public website with three core internal portals for operational management.

1. Requisition Portal for submitting, approving, and tracking material and project requests
2. Grievance Portal for logging, monitoring, and resolving staff issues with accountability
3. File Sharing and Management Portal for organized document storage, access control, and secure collaboration

The public site includes a featured homepage slider, detailed project pages, CRUD functionalities for content and publication management, an advanced grouped gallery with sorting, video and media embedding, a responsive design, and SEO optimization for enhanced search visibility. The system is protected with Comodo SSL for secure data handling and communications.
